The Grove Hotel was envisioned as a boutique hotel in the heart of Portland's Old Town / Chinatown Neighborhood.  Naito Development, Eagle Point Hotel Partners, and Filament Hospitality were selected by the Portland Development Commission in 2014 to renovate the 28,000 square foot building, which was originally constructed in 1907. The hotel was sold prior to completion.
